Convenience Store Membership
Violent crimes are common and are increasing at convenience stores across the country. Convenience stores are frequent targets for criminal activity and every year thousands of robberies, many involving deadly weapons happen. Customers and employees are assaulted, shot or stabbed and the convenience store and owner is held liable. SDF membership can cover your litigation cost if you injure another person by shooting back or doing nothing.
SDF is the only one that will fight for you to the U.S. Supreme Court and cover all your expenses for both criminal and civil cases. There are three different plans to fit your needs. More than just one attorney if needed. As a member you have the advantage of multiple specialized attorneys at your side.
1. Gold Plan unlimited attorney fees plus $10 Million Dollars for extras plus civil judgements not to exceed ten million dollars total aggregate amount
2. Silver Plan unlimited attorney fees plus $5 Million Dollars for extras plus civil judgements not to exceed five million dollars total aggregate amount.
3. Bronze Plan unlimited attorney fees plus $1 Million Dollars for extras. Plan does not cover civil judgements.
Meaning of Extras: Can be but not limited to court costs, expert witnesses, forensics, bail, appeals, and more. The Gold or Silver plan includes payment of a civil judgement not to exceed the total aggregate amount paid via a supersedeas bond aka appeals bond. Supersedeas (also termed “writ of supersedeas”) is Latin for “you shall desist,” and it refers to a stay of the enforcement of a judgment pending appeal; a writ or bond that suspends a judgment creditor's power to levy execution. Gold and Silver Plan provides coverage for a civil judgement in case you have a biased judge and/or a biased jury.
Something else to consider, SDF membership can help if the store sells alcohol to a visibility drunk individual who later gets in his car and then has a fatal crash injuring another person because they hit them while driving under the influence. A personal injury attorney can charge the convenience store, employee, and owner by filling a "Wrongful Death" suit.
